    Immune check point inhibitor 약제 사용과 관련하여 MHC 단백질 발현이 영향을 미칠 것이라는 이야기를 예전부터 들었던 것 같다. 그와 관련된 논문이 최근 하나 출판되었다.1 어떤 MHC 를 발현하는지에 따라서 치료 효과가 다르다는 내용의 논문이다.

    Single cell sequencing 을 이용한 논문이 요즘 나오고 있다. 개별 세포들의 유전 정보를 바탕으로 전체의 흐름을 찾는 대충 그런 식의 논문. 이 논문도 신장 세포들을 하나하나씩 확인해서 종양의 기원을 알수 있다는 그런 논문인 것 같다. 기원을 알 수 있다는 것고 효과적인 치료를 할 수 있다는 것은 조금 별개의 문제이니까 앞으로의 이용 가능성이 더 궁금하다.1
