일부 EGFRmt ADC에서 SCLC로 형태변화(?)를 하는 경우가 있다. 진단 후 형태변화까지는 약 17개월, 형태 변화 후 사망까지는 평균 10.9개월 정도라고 한다.

난소암의 수술적 치료에 있어서 육안적으로 종양을 모두 제거했다면, LN을 박리하는 것이 예후와 상관이 없다는 내용의 논문이다. normal LN라는 표현이 있는데 이에 대한 설명이 없는 것인지 내가 못찾은 것인지 모르겠다. normal이라는 표현이 있는 것을 보면 큰 림프절은 박리하는 쪽이 아직은 대세가 아닌가 싶다.

현재 기준으로는 동일한 진단을 내릴 수 밖에 없지만, 분자학적으로 서로 상의한 결과를 보이는 증례를 보고함. 국내에서 연구를 하고 싶어도 AT/RT는 너무 적음.
