Acquired HER2 mutations in ER+ metastatic breast cancer confer resistance to estrogen receptor–directed therapies

ER 양성 유방암 환자들은 호르몬제를 복용한다. 시간이 경과함에 따라서 호르몬제에 저항성을 보이는 경우가 있는데 이 원인으로 ER 돌연변이 야성등이 제기된다. 이 논문에서는 HER2 돌연변이도 하나의 저항 기전으로 작용할 수 있음을 보여준다.

A mechanistic classification of clinical phenotypes in neuroblastoma¹

독일 연구 그룹 결과이다. Neuroblastoma 에서 telomere 유지를 시켜주는 기전에 있으면 예후가 나쁘고, RAS/P53 변이가 있으면 더 나쁘다는 내용이 있다. 그리고 stage 4S는 4가 아닌 것도 예쁘게 분류해준다.
