흠.. MUC1 와 CDX2 면역과 AoV 의 ADC 만을 가지고도 JCO 에 오른것은 좀 놀라운건가, 아니면 내가 너무 면역을 사용한 논문을 무시한 건가..
참고할만한 사항이라면 향후 병리 논문도 이 논문에서 사용한 것처럼 다른 기관의 DATA를 사용하는 일이 좀 증가하지 않으려나…

간세포에는 MiR-122 가 많이 있는데, MiR-122는 HCV RNA의 stability 와 propagation 에 중요한 역할을 담당한다고 한다.
따라서, MiR-122 에 강하고 결합하는 물질을 사용한 antisense therapy 를 적용하였다.
Subcutaneous injection 으로 주입하였고, 결과도 좋고 비교적 안전한 방법이라고 하니 다른 연구에도 적용시킬 수 있는 방법인 듯 함.

우선 wild type RB1를 가진 retinoblastoma 의 비율은 약 2.&% 정도라고 함.
가끔씩 안구 적출을 받는 귀여운 아이들이 생각나서… 이 논문의 표만 읽어 보았음.
