  이번 부검 증례에서 특이할만한 소견이라면 Hantavirus 에 대한 항체가가 1:40 이라는 것이다. 외국의 문헌 보고에는 항체 역가가 그 것보다는 훨씬 증가한 1:400 정도인데… 별로 일치하지는 않는 것 같다. 전자현미경 검사를 시행하기는 했는데 얼마만큼 도움이 될지는 모르겠다. 다음 주 중에 시간을 내어서 보러 가봐야 겠다.
  
  엉망으로 망가진 폐와 tubular necrosis 를 보이고 있는 신장에서 면역화학검사를 해보고 싶기는 한데 antibody 를 별도로 파는게 아니라서 구할 수 있을지 모르겠다. 영어로 싸바싸바하는 내용의 편지를 쓸 수 있을지 연습해봐야겠다. ㅡㅡ

  ILD 및 폐질환의 원인 규명을 위하여 조직학적 검사를 하는 경우는 꽤 드물다. 그래서 외워지지도 않는다. 다음 주 수요일에 conference 가 있으니 그 때까지 족보를 좀 봐두어야 겠다.
