악성 흑생종은 TIL이 많기로 유명한 종양 중 하나이다. 개인적으로는 그렇게까지 많은가 싶기도 하지만. 최근 면역관문치료제의 효과와 관련된 연구에서 neoantigen의 여부와 T-cell 에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구는 면역관문치료제를 사용하지 않은 흑색종 환자에서 peg-IFN를 병용 투여했을 때 효과가 좋았음을 보여주는 연구이다.

이 단어를 들은지 얼마되지 않은 것 같은데 벌써 리뷰 논문이 나왔다. 내가 느린 것인가, 사람들이 너무 빠른 것인가.
