  • Widespread intronic polyadenylation inactivates tumour suppressor genes in leukaemia1

    CLL 환자에서 한 연구. intron 영역의 polyadenylation 이 mRNA 발현에 영향을 주어 truncated mRNA 발현이 증가하였음. 그리고 이러한 mRNA 들이 tumor suppressor gene 의 역할을 억제하는 효과가 있음. 유전자 발현을 조절하는 기전의 새로운 발견.
