  • Quadruple-Negative GIST Is a Sentinel for Unrecognized Neurofibromatosis Type 1 Syndrome

    KIT, PDGFRA, BRAF, SDH 돌연변이가 없는 GIST에 대하여 분석해 봤더니 NF1의 돌여변이가 조금 보이더라 하는 내용의 논문.(1) Supple 자료를 보지 못해서 정확하게 이 종양들이 어떤 특성을 가지고 GIST라고 진단했는지는 모르겠다. 하나 있는 병변의 사진에서는 CD117 면역화학검사에 양성소견을 보인 종양인데, 나머지 증례도 확인해 보는 것이 필요할 듯. CD117 면역 양성인데 돌연변이가 없는 이런 녀석들을 모았다면 나름 좋은 내용인듯하고, 그렇지 않은 것이라면 아무리 대가가 봤어도 GIST 진단부터 의심해 보는게 좋지 않을까 생각됨.
