200개의 세포를 평가함. 15% 이상에서 amplification (15 MDM2 signals / cells) 을 보일 때를 양성이라고 판독했음.

Lipomatous tumor 에서 200개의 세포를 그것도 FISH 로 보다니 대단한다. FISH 사진은 없는데.. Weiss 씨가 참여해서 그런건가..
