몇몇 부분에서 찾아볼 내용이 있다.

  • ABGA를 밥 먹듯이 하는게 아니니까 SpO2에서 PaO2를 추정해야 하는 경우가 반드시 그리고 많이 생긴다. SpO2가 높을 경우(96% 이상) PaO2와의 차이가 커진다고 한다. 그런데 상당히 많은 경우에서 96%가 넘는다.
  • Tracheostomy를 한 경우 GCS는 어떻게 평가해야 하는지?
  • 특수한 경우에서 FiO2를 어떻게 평가해야 하는지? 통상적으로 0.21부터 시작하고 1L/min 증가할 때마다 0.04 정도 (어떤 곳에서는 0.03을 제시함) 증가한다.
  • 요즘은 norepi가 1차 약제라고 한다. 점수에 변동은 없는 것인지?
