Immune and genomic correlates of response to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy in glioblastoma

PTEN 돌연변이와 면역억제와 관련된 유전자형을 가지고 있으면, PD1 치료에 반응하지 않음. BRAF 이나 PTPN11과 관련된 돌연변이를 가지고 있으면 치료에 반응이 있음. 향후 관련된 부분으로 연구해 볼만한 가치가 있을지 모르겠음.
