더 늦기 전에 Stomach에 관한 개략적인 것이라도 알아놓아야 하겠다는 생각에서 Sabiston을 좀 찾아보았다. 일단은 가장 중요한 Anatomy 부터 Sabiston 에서 찾아보았다.

그 다음으로는 수술 과정에서 중요하게 작용하는 것 중의 하나인 Blood supply 에 대해서 찾아보았다. Figure 47-2 Blood supply to the stomach and duodenum with anatomic relationships to the spleen and pancreas. 수술을 하다가 보면 교수님들은 확실히 해부학적인 구조에 대해서 아주 정통하신 것 같다. 세심하게 해야할 곳은 확실히 조심하게 하신다는 것으로 충분히 증명이 가능할 정도이다.
지난번에 Billroth II 수술을 하는 것을 보게 되었는데 늘 알고 있던 것과 다른 식으로 수술이 진행되길래 수술이 끝나고 나서 2년차 선생님에게 물어보았다. 그랬더니 Billroth II에는 여러 가지 방식이 있는 것을 알게 되었다. 외과의 친구인 Sabiston 에 찾아보니 저런 아형들이 있었다. 역시 사람은 공부를 해야하는가 보다.
