T-Cell GEP, PDL1, TMB가 pembrolizumab의 반응을 예측하는데 도움이 된다는 내용이다. PDL1은 평가가 용이하지만 나머지는 아니다. 통상적인 NGS 패널 검사로는 TMB를 측정하기가 쉽지 않다. GEP는 더더욱 아니다. 어떤 종양이 면역 치료제 효과적일지 예측할 수 있는 검사의 개발은 아직도 많은 연구가 필요한 것 같다.
