    결핵 진단 및 치료에 있어서 NGS로 약제 내성 유전자의 여부를 확인하고, 이 돌연변이가 실제로 저항성을 확인할 수 있다는 내용인 듯함. 내 연구 때문에 결핵 내성에 대하여 자료를 찾아보았는데, 결핵균 약물 관련 유전자의 돌연변이가 새로운 것일 때에는 실제로 내성이 있는지 확인하는 부분이 항상 있었음. 이와 관련된 내용인듯 함.
