    CLL 환자에서 한 연구. intron 영역의 polyadenylation 이 mRNA 발현에 영향을 주어 truncated mRNA 발현이 증가하였음. 그리고 이러한 mRNA 들이 tumor suppressor gene 의 역할을 억제하는 효과가 있음. 유전자 발현을 조절하는 기전의 새로운 발견.

  • Hyperprogressive Disease in Patients With Advanced Non–Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated With PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitors or With Single-Agent Chemotherapy1

    NSCLC에서 PD1/PDL1 억제를 시켰을 경우 질병이 훨씬 더 빠른 속도로 진행하는 경우가 있다는 내용. 아직 면역치료에 대해서는 알려지지 않은 것이 많다. 삼중음성유방암에서 처음에는 치료 효과가 좋지만, 재발하는 경우 예후가 나쁜 것과 유사할 것 같은 느낌이다.
